I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. I qualified in 2008 and worked in psychology in the NHS from 2003. I have managed NHS psychology teams and supervise other psychologists. I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I draw on my training and experience inside and out of work to help you find the best way forward. I work with you to understand where problems might stem from, what triggers them and what keeps them going. I am the founder of North East Psychology, a group of experienced psychologists offering face to face appointments in Northumberland and online.
