Hello and welcome. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore whatever feels important to you, whether that is thoughts, feelings or difficult life experiences. Using compassionate and somatic inquiry, grounded in mindfulness practice, we work with whatever arises in an accepting and non-judgemental way. Through these explorations we can start to gain insights and clarity into stuck patterns and behaviours which may no longer serve us. In doing so, we give space for new possibilities to emerge in how we live, relate and move through the world, allowing for a greater sense of authenticity, ease and freedom.
I am a senior trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy (UKCP accredited). I offer a mindfulness-based approach that uses the therapeutic relationship to explore how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you. This type of therapy works at depth, going to the heart of the human experience and orientates towards the inherent health in all of us.
