Offering a safe space for exploration and reflection, to feel heard and held. We all have times in life when things seem to get on top of us. We may feel confused, anxious or depressed. Sometimes it feels like we are just going round in circles, getting nowhere in particular. Having someone to talk to can lighten the load and this is often easier with someone other than family or friends. I have many years experience in working with: depression anxiety loss and bereavement self- esteem relationships body image addiction life stages aimlessness and loss of direction fears and phobias perfectionism work related issues parenting
My belief is that the process of being listened to in a non- judgmental way may offer a new new freedom to explore the parts of your self that you may not have ventured into. I will work with you in a compassionate and gentle way, guiding and welcoming a curiosity, so that new light may shine.
I am open to working together with you and a diverse range of situations, holding no judgement, but feeling it a privilege to be a part of your on- going journey. This may be over a long period of time or a set amount of weeks, according to your needs. Wherever you are, and whatever is going on, I'll be there to meet you.
