About
We all have times in life when things seem to get on top of us. We may feel confused, anxious or depressed. Sometimes it feels like we are just going round in circles, getting nowhere in particular. Having someone to talk to can lighten the load and this is often easier with someone other than family or friends.
My belief is that the process of being listened to in a non- judgmental way may offer a new new freedom to explore the parts of your self that you may not have ventured into. I will work with you in a compassionate and gentle way, guiding and probing so that new light may shine.
I am open to working with a diverse range of situations. My work often involves helping people make sense of depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, low self- esteem and relationship problems. Sometimes this involves looking into the past to understand how this may be affecting you in the present.
