Hi, my name is Sarah. I believe that for counselling to be successful, It is important to find the right person for you. Someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence without being judged. I offer face to face and online appointments and work with couples and individuals. I work from clinics in Godstone and Sanderstead. I have been in private practice for over 6 years and work with many areas including relationship counselling, trauma, domestic abuse, bereavement, divorce, stress and anger management.
I am an integrative Counsellor, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you. I am fairly solution focused and will help you to discover tools and coping mechanisms to assist you with any issues you may be having and in reaching your goals for a happier life.
