I offer long term and short -term individual therapy to adult clients. I work in a compassionate and empathic way with an integrative approach which allows me to provide a non-judgemental, confidential space to allow time for you to explore your feelings and concerns. I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty and respect, enabling us to find solutions together. I am passionate about the benefits of counselling and the belief that an integrative, personalised approach can enable you to feel empowered to work through areas where you feel stuck, building coping strategies to move forward independently.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked within the NHS for over 25 years. Gaining extensive experience in working and dealing with trauma, illness, loss and bereavement. I am able to offer an expertise in working with life stages and the changes and challenges that these present. I have additional training in domestic abuse and violence.
