Are you feeling anxious? Finding life overwhelming? Struggling with low mood? I can help. Sometimes life gets a bit too much, maybe something happened, either recently or in the past and this is affecting how you feel now. Perhaps you are unsure about why you feel the way that you do and you would like to explore this with someone who is trained to listen. I can provide you with a safe and non judgmental space to navigate difficult times and work through your experiences and emotions.
I have experience of counselling adults with a range of different issues, including anxiety, depression, stress and self-esteem difficulties. I have personal and professional experience of Autism and ADHD. I have a particular passion for providing counselling to parents of children with SEND. I am able to help parents with issues related to parenting.
Therapy is for everyone. My own personal experience of having counselling was life changing and this is one of the reasons I wanted to become a counsellor. I can provide you with a supportive, confidential space to talk. Please get in touch to book an appointment or if you have any questions.
