I’m a fully qualified and BAPT-registered Play Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher and SENCo, so I bring a deep understanding of the challenges children face at school and at home.
I offer a calm, creative space where children can express themselves through play and begin to make sense of their thoughts and feelings in their own time and way. I work closely with parents and carers throughout the process, helping you feel supported and involved as your child grows in confidence and emotional resilience.
Play therapy is child-led and non-directive, allowing kids to explore their world through play, art, or storytelling. For older children and teens, sessions may include more reflection or creative expression. I offer a warm, supportive space where young people feel safe, heard, and understood.
I work not only with children and young people, but also with the systems around them, the family, school, and other supports. I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, and I aim to create a space where everyone feels heard and supported.
