The counselling I provide offers you the time and space that so many of us need but often lack, especially when life becomes hard or you feel less able to cope as you once did. You may be struggling with depression, low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, a relationship breakdown, bereavement, or perhaps there is no label that can best describe where you are at right now. Whatever the case and wherever you are at, I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for you to begin your counselling journey.
I am trained in Humanistic counselling and psychotherapy with nearly 15 years’ experience working with mental health. Using a Person-centred approach as a base, I integrate other therapies such as CBT and theories that suggest our past experiences have an impact on our lives now. I also am comfortable working with issues of faith and spirituality.
I appreciate seeking help to talk about how you feel can be a big step for some. If this is you and you have some initial reservations please feel free to contact me for a free introductory phone call.
