About
If you are struggling with relationships, loss, stress, or feeling lost and overwhelmed, you might feel like you’re stuck, don’t know where to turn or how to move forward. Sometimes we don’t know what to say, how to say it or even fully understand what we are feeling; it’s often not just one thing that we are feeling but a complex mix of different emotions.
Our sessions together will give you the opportunity to be heard, to explore your emotions and unpick the difficulties you are having. My focus is to support you whilst you process difficult emotions, at your chosen pace, exploring what you feel you need and helping you to feel confident in understanding yourself.
I hope this profile gives you an idea of what I can provide you as a counsellor and how we could work together. You can contact me via email, phone or text, and we can arrange an initial appointment which will give us the opportunity to talk further; I can answer any questions you may have and we can decide if, and when, our work together may begin.
