Are you facing challenges in life that seem overwhelming or difficult to navigate? Do you need an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist that can help? I’m an experienced mental health professional that will hear you and with empathy help you explore and understand the cause of your struggles. In addition to adults I work with children and young people who sometimes get stuck and struggle with their mental health and emotional wellbeing – as a parent it can be really difficult to navigate this. I help with a wide range of issues without the stress of a long waiting list or the need for a referral.
I offer therapy in a confidential space for you to explore your thought, feelings and mental health difficulties without judgement. Counselling is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you as an individual. There is no such thing as a ‘typical counsellor’ I am down to earth, and will not use fancy jargon!
I am approachable and here to listen to what is happening from your own perspective. One of my strengths is building relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds. I do not pretend to be something that I am not. You can express your feelings in your own voice without fear of what you might say. I won’t be offended or judge you!
