I help individuals and couples who are interested in resolving issues from early life. You might have a clear idea about the problems or trauma you want to work on, or you may feel stuck, anxious, or angry without knowing what is causing you to feel this way. You may be looking for long term therapy to increase your self understanding or have a specific trauma you would like to work on in EMDR therapy. You or your partner might have a sexual issue which is keeping you from a fulfilling sex life together, or you may want to work through conflicts that have arisen in your relationship.
I specialise in sex and relationship issues and also have extensive experience with EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy. I can offer couples who feel that trauma is a significant obstacle to intimacy a safe space to process and understand one another.
