I am dedicated to supporting my clients and giving you the tools you need in life. I work with the whole person, our minds are just as important as our bodies and we need to work on emotional and mental resilience to allow us to bounce back when life happens. I work in an empathic and sensitive manner, helping to support with problems that you may never have felt able to talk out loud about before.
I am a qualified, accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I am also a qualified counsellor and provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am experienced in working with a wide range of problems from mild to severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
I believe that the most important thing we can do is to understand ourselves, how we feel and act. Together we can change patterns of behaviour that you may have been trapped in for a long time.
