Hello, I'm Sarah and welcome to Sarah Lemiech Counselling and Coaching for individuals, in person, online, telephone and instant messaging. I am an integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and therapeutic life coach, and I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP, and a accredited professional registrant of NCS. As a counsellor and psychotherapist I can offer you the space and time to sort out what it going on in your life, and support you to find a happier way of living. I am an integrative therapist, which means I use a combination of models and approaches from different theories. This means I can tailor your therapy to your specific needs. At the core of my integration is person-centred therapy from the humanistic schools of thought.
My knowledge and skills have developed through my work in my private practice, as a bereavement counsellor and working with clients with physical disabilities. My work is reparative in nature, focusing on understanding and resolving issues and emotional trauma. I have a commitment to regular professional development and clinical supervision every month.
