Hi I'm Sarah and I specialise in working anxiety, depression and trauma. Maybe you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted. Maybe you are struggling to cope with a traumatic life event. Or maybe you are generally finding life unmanageable at the moment. At times we can lose our way unintentionally and then find it difficult to get back onto the right path. If this sounds familiar, my therapy approach can help you regain some strength, clarity and balance so that you can feel more calm and back in control of your life.
My approach can help you unpick why you are feeling how you are feeling and help you to start living more authentically and true to yourself. In order to do this we need to take an holistic approach and look at the whole picture of our lives, past and present.
I offer you time and space to explore and face challenging emotions in a safe, neutral and non-judgemental environment. I incorporate up to date neuroscience research into my work and can work directly with the nervous system where appropriate to bring about improved regulation.
