Hello, my name is Sarah.
I offer Person-Centred counselling, face to face, online or via telephone to young people 11+ and adults.
I have been counselling at MIND since 2019 and have worked with a broad range of common and complex issues. These have included, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar, Autism, A.D.H.D, P.T.S.D, Trauma and Personality Disorders.
My experience has been working with the diagnosis of Autism and ADHD and managing thought processes, lifestyle and enhancing understanding.
I work with relationship issues exploring attachment, patterns and responses.
I work with trauma exploring past experiences, triggers and implementing coping technqiues.
