I have experience in a wide range of issues such as: Bereavement, Anxiety, Substance Misuse, Anger, Relationships, Self Harm, Low Self Esteem and Sexual Abuse. Together we can focus on whatever is important to you.
I have a flexible and adaptable way of working drawing upon the core models of my training - Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. This enables me to work in a way that is comfortable and right for you providing a confidential space where you can find your answers, feel heard and understood and find inner resources to make positive change.
