About
If you or maybe someone you know is stuck trying to live with anxiety, low mood, loss or judgement, I have 15 years experience in supporting clients with these issues. Neurodiversity, loss, grief and attachment issues can leave a client feeling low in confidence and self worth . I believe sharing reduces isolation and shame. Clients are encouraged to think differently about what has happened to them, therefore enabling them to make changes to their lives. I offer a nurturing environment where a client is treated as an individual with kindness, active listening and no judgment.
Allowing a client to work through negative thoughts and beliefs empowers them to believe in themselves. I listen and help my clients understand what is impacting their beliefs and behaviours. The therapeutic process is diverse, creative and bespoke for each individual client. I work with the client to help them to feel that they can take a different pathway.
I have experienced extreme loss and felt isolated. It’s not an easy place to be with no one to talk to about your feelings; I am inclusive. I understand what a difference it can make to have someone with you on the journey of change. My empathy, honesty and integrity helps clients start to believe they can be who they really want to be.
