I offer the psychodynamic approach to counselling where we will explore how your current problems may be influenced by your past experiences. This approach helps you become more aware of your emotions and bring the unconscious into consciousness. We can explore ways of managing things differently to help bring about positive change.
It can be difficult making that first step so I offer an initial session where we can discuss what has brought you to counselling and whether short-term or long-term counselling would be beneficial.
