I’m a qualified counsellor based in Kettering, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, ADHD, ASD, relationship issues, and life transitions. Using a client-centered, empathetic approach, I tailor therapy to your needs, helping you build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and foster healthier relationships. My goal is to support your healing journey, enhancing self-awareness and guiding you towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. We can work together to create lasting change.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy offering counselling to adults and adolescents over the age of 13. I offer face to face sessions in my own private counselling room which has the addition of its own private garden for those who would like to be out in nature. As an alternative, I offer online sessions.
My core roots are in the Person Centred approach, believing that in each human there is a drive to survive, grow and reach full potential. However, this at times can be difficult. I have developed my approach with different modalities. Together we can tailor your sessions to meet your individual needs and equip you with the necessary tools to heal yourself
