Hi, I’m Sarah. Sometimes in life we can feel overwhelmed, stuck, scared, angry, sad, frustrated. These emotions, and others, can feel like they are taking over, causing distress and difficulties. If you are thinking you might like some help and support to talk about your thoughts, feelings and experiences, I above all offer kindness, care, compassion and a listening ear.
As a relational therapist my approach is focussed on us building an authentic and collaborative connection. I'll aim to help you explore and make meaning of the things that have brought you to therapy, and be alongside, supporting you in achieving the outcomes you desire.
That might be identifying shorter term strategies to address current difficulties, and/or supporting the longer-term journey of knowing and understanding yourself at a deeper level, in turn creating new possibilities, finding peace and acceptance, initiating and sustaining change, and creating the opportunity for more choice in your life.
