When experiencing distressing feelings that interfere with everyday life and relationships, talking to family or friends may not feel right. Find support from a neutral person whose skills will help you find resolutions. I am an Intergrative Psychotherapist with 27 years experience of working with people in various settings including the NHS and national charities. I may not have all the answers but I do have the skills to help you approach your concerns with compassion, and individuality.
I've learned the value of individual difference; courage, trust, integrity and the ability for us to find our own path. I know that I can sit with you and be with you in your felt sense of anxiety, fear, depression, anger or chaos. I'm able to combine elements of specific therapies eg., cognitive behavioural, trauma informed approaches to help support you.
I am also a mindfulness practitioner and can work with you from this perspective. My passion is in the evolving research of neuro-psychotherapy or brain based therapy which helps me to see the whole of you rather than just one part of you. Together you and I can work towards discovering ways that help you to arrive at where you want to be.
