I can help you explore issues that you may be experiencing in the present day and if relevant look into your history to see where they may have originated from. I work with emotions, helping you to understand yourself so that you can live a better life where you can express to others who you are
I am an energetic and warm therapist who incorporates all I have learned academically and personally into a way of working that allows you time and space and encourages you to be yourself.
