Our relationships can be a great source of joy in our lives, so when we're experiencing difficulties, it can have a real impact on our happiness and wellbeing. I work with couples of all orientations to help them really hear each other and understand the issues in their relationship, leading to insights, more self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their needs and what makes their connection meaningful.
I work out of The Practice Rooms just off the High Street in Cheltenham, in its beautifully warm and welcoming rooms.
I have expertise in many different areas, including communication difficulties, issues of trust, infidelity, problems with intimacy, separation and divorce, blended families, co-parenting, family breakdown and bereavement.
We all experience difficulties in our relationships at times but sometimes it's hard to get unstuck without a bit of help. I offer a safe space to explore whatever struggles you're facing and help you gain a deeper understanding of your and your partner's needs and ways of loving.
