I work with clients who feel defeated, have poor eating habits, are generally stressed out or really struggle to find the motivation to make healthy changes. I can help you believe in yourself again, change your negative thinking style and help you develop better coping strategies which last for a lifetime, so you start to feel better and begin to enjoy life once more.
I use a cognitive behavioural coaching approach to create positive change. Help is offered through 1 to 1 coaching in person (local to London) or remotely (global). I also offer 4 incredibly supportive online coaching options: Revitalise Me, Nourish Me, Invigorise Me & Revive Me programmes to support your wellness, or weightloss journey back to health.
