I welcome anyone who’s feeling lost, overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or simply unhappy to take the time and space to explore ways forward, inviting them to embrace growth and change. I respect and recognise that we all view the world a little differently and focus on working with the whole person, not solely on a specific issue. I am a great believer that given the right therapeutic environment, working with someone who is empathetic and non-judgemental will give you the chance to become more self-aware and work towards bringing about positive life changes.

I offer 50 minute sessions at the same time each week and therapy is open ended, meaning we’ll continue to work together until you feel ready to conclude. I am a registered member of the BACP and am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I currently work with adults and incorporate creativity into my practice when this feels appropriate.

It’s important that you take time to find the right therapist for you, because part of the healing power comes from the relationship that develops when you feel listened to and understood.
