Most of us, at some time or another, will experience difficulties with our thoughts, feelings, behaviour or relationships. I am a Senior Consultant Counselling Psychologist Specialising in Psychotherapy. I am Chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I established Surrey Psychology in 2005 to provide private Psychological Assessment and Treatment through confidential, ethical, evidence based practice for individuals, couples and families in the Surrey and surrounding area. I work with both children and adults to listen to and explore concerns, whatever they may be, and help make sense of complex issues.
I identify and treat a wide range of emotional, developmental and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, depression and stress disorders. I work to enhance relationships, personal growth and well-being and assist people in coping with difficult life stages, events and situations. No problem is considered too big or too small.
