Hi, I'm Sarah. I support clients in a variety of ways depending on individual needs and goals. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express emotions and explore feelings to improve emotional well-being. Are you frustrated with ADHD’s impact on your life? Has struggling growing up affected your self-worth? I can offer emotional support and help you develop strategies to manage symptoms and enhance coping strategies. Together, we’ll recognize your strengths, overcome self-doubt, and build a positive self-image, empowering you to make positive changes and improve your quality of life.
I worked with a variety of clients presenting with a range of issues. I have personal experience of relationship loss, grief, caring responsibilities, chronic illness and neurodiversity. As part of my Masters programme I carried out a primary research project on the psychological impact of late diagnosis of ADHD and have a lot of experience in this area
My aim is to help and support my clients to work through their issues and build resilience and emotional stability. The ultimate goal is to arm clients with the confidence and courage to continue the deep work of understanding themselves and rediscover the hope that may currently feel out of reach! Please get in touch and let's make a start on your journey!
