My name is Sarah and I am a BACP registered therapist working in Queniborough. Therapy can provide space to gain clarity, insight and to move forwards. I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgmental ear and space to process at a pace that is right for you. I offer individual counselling to address all sorts of difficulties which include: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, panic, unwanted thoughts, family and relationship problems, divorce, bereavement, past issues, childhood abuse, addiction, confidence issues. However, some people don’t know why they are feeling the way they do and sometimes just don’t feel right.
I have been a fully qualified and practicing counsellor for over 10 years. Alongside my private practice I have 12 years experience of counselling in schools where I have supported children, families and staff. I offer individual counselling to adults and teenagers from a safe and confidential office in Queniborough.
It is of the most importance that my clients feel heard, safe and secure. My counselling approach is integrative which means that I am able to draw on a number of modalities and experiences to tailor sessions to suit your needs.
