My approach is centred around you. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and together we can explore whatever is on your mind at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Rather than telling you what to do, I'll support you in finding your own understanding,
I work with adults, 18+, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, confidence, life transitions, womans issues'.parenting and relationship problems. Working together at your pace, you focus on what matters to you.
You are the expert in your life; together, we explore choices to support positive and meaningful change.
