I am an experienced therapist working with couple and individuals. I am fully accredited by the UKCP and a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical frameworks for good practice. I attend regular supervision, in both individual and group settings, and pursue an ongoing programme of professional development. I have worked in organisational settings, such as the Terrence Higgins Trust, Change, Grow, Live (CGL) - a substance misuse organisation, Lewes Low Cost Counselling, the Samaritans, and as a group facilitator at the Brighton Women’s Centre. I now work primarily in private practice.
I work online and in person, and offer three specific types of therapy.

• Single session therapy (SST)
