I work with individuals, couples and relationships online and in person. Experiencing narcissistic abuse can leave you feeling confused, anxious, and doubting yourself. I provide a safe space where you can explore the impact of emotional manipulation, gaslighting, coercive control, and unhealthy relationship patterns. Together, we can rebuild self-esteem, strengthen boundaries, restore trust in your decision making and support your recovery from trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs, helping you move from surviving to thriving with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.
I understand the dynamics of unhealthy relationships and why we get stuck in them. For couples I help by developing healthy communication, having a safe space to process and discuss difficulties within the relationship. We look at what is going on and develop strategies, with empathy, to improve the quality of the relationship.
I offer an empathic, non judgmental space to explore any issues the client brings. I offer face to face or in person as well as telephone and video calls for online work and think it can make it more accessible. I value counselling as I have found it very useful for myself and my development as a person. I think it has the potential to be life changing.
