Every client is unique and I will adapt the counselling to suit each individual. I am fully qualified and have many life experiences that that have led me to want to help others. I am a qualified CCPT therapist (certified clinical trauma proffessional. My approach is integrative which means I am able to draw on different theories to best help you.
