Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with many years clinical experience working in the NHS. I want to offer you a therapy experience that is centred around your needs. You might be struggling with anxiety or trauma, work stress, perinatal issues like birth trauma, loss or postnatal anxiety or depression - or you might not know exactly what is wrong but are just looking for a place to talk and understand yourself better. I can offer a safe and calm space to explore what is going on for you and think together about ways we can help you.
I draw from many different therapeutic models, including Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Compassion-focused and Trauma-focused approaches, as well as EMDR and I use them to create an individual therapy experience for you.
