My name is Sarah, and I am an experienced perinatal specialist Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BACP Accredited). I work with women in all life stages, with a particular focus on pregnancy, postpartum mental health and life transitions. I appreciate that cost, access to any, or regular childcare, other caring duties, employment and other factors may limit your ability to access therapy. I am a person- centered therapist which means the session will be led by you. My role is to provide the right conditions to build a therapeutic relationship and facilitate growth. Therapy can bring about lots of benefits and can provide you with an outlet for stress and anxiety, it can increase self- awareness and improve your mental health and well-being.
Sometimes in life, we may need some additional support and opportunity for reflection to help us feel like ‘us’ again. Therapy can help with this.
