If you've ever felt like therapy has never quite felt like it was meant for you, I'd like to gently challenge that. I specialise in supporting new parents and neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD and autism, and am a fully qualified LGBTQ+ and GSRD affirming therapist, welcoming people from all walks of life.
Therapy asks something of you, honesty, commitment and a willingness to sit with uncomfortable feelings, but you won't be doing that alone. I'll be right beside you throughout.
I don't work from a single approach. I take the time to get to know you and draw on a wide range of therapeutic tools to find what works best for you, so we can find the right way forward together.
Finding the right therapist isn't easy, especially if you're already exhausted or struggling to make decisions. This can feel even harder if you are neurodivergent, GSRD, or have ever felt like you don't quite 'fit'. If any of that resonates, you are welcome here.
