I offer psychodynamic/integrative psychotherapy & solution focused counselling. I also offer clinical supervision to trainee therapists and experienced therapists. I have a broad range of experience providing specialist psychotherapy to clients experiencing PTSD, depression, trauma, relationship issues, loss and anxiety. I also have extensive experience working as an IDVA and trauma therapist for survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, and those overcoming narrcistic abuse. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and have the capacity to fulfil their own potential given the conditions to thrive.
Painful emotions can leave us feeling powerless, isolated or unheard in our communities. I provide a non-judgemental collaborative space where individuals can explore thought patterns and behaviours, so a deeper understanding can be reached. I offer compassion curiosity to all the different parts that make up the multiplicity of who you are.
I am trained psychodynamically and believe that the early attachments we form influence how we relate and perceive the world around us. Making connections with how the past may be impacting on the present can be a catalyst for significant, meaningful change. Please get in touch via email/ my website to book an appointment rather than via voicemail.
