Welcome! I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor & Relationship Therapist working with individuals, couples & families. I do not know what has brought you to look at my profile, but am guessing that you or someone close to you is: experiencing confusion, sadness, anxiety or fear; facing a dilemma or attempting to make a decision; struggling with problems in a relationship; dealing with illness or bereavement.
It can be challenging to deal with difficulties alone. My aim is to provide a safe place to talk openly, in confidence, about whatever is troubling you. My hope is that together we find a way to look differently at what you are going through & that you gain some relief from this.
I offer expertise gained from working with people experiencing difficult times: 20 years as a Social Worker in Adult Social Care, 19 years as a Therapist. I worked for Relate for many years before starting my private practice & have worked in hospices, hospitals & the community with adults experiencing illness, disability & emotional distress.
