I work with individuals and couples, working face to face or online. Some of the range of issues I offer support with are relationships, sexual abuse, anxiety & depression. Challenges can arise at any point in our lives affecting us mentally, emotionally and physically. Working through these difficult times I can help facilitate the process, enabling you to reach your own solutions and becoming the best version of yourself. A confidential and safe space in which to feel heard helps build trust providing the opportunity for deeper exploration. I offer short term or long term counselling depending on the clients needs or preferences.

I work with a person-centred approach, providing empathy, non judgement, and unconditional positive regard for everyone, aiming to help empower individuals. I am able to incorporate other modalities into how we work together and tailor sessions to best suit clients needs.

Individual counselling sessions are for 50 minutes and are charged at £60 per session. Couples counselling sessions are for 60 minutes and are charged at £90 per session. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
