I am an experienced trauma and attachment psychotherapist with many years experience working with adults, children, young people and families who have had attachment difficulties and disruptions. I am also trained in DDP and Theraplay.
I specialise in trauma, and am highly experienced in working with children, adults and families. I work both in body and mind, and help you to integrate your experiences.
I offer Integrative Therapy, blending different therapeutic approaches. I work with both mind and body responses to provide you with a holistic and individualised therapeutic experience.
