Hi, my name is Sarah. I have supported lots of people struggling with the pain and complexity of life and being human. Are you struggling with your relationship to self or others? I can help you identify your needs and create change. The work is such an individual process though and what we do in sessions depends on what you need. As a counsellor and yoga teacher I have lots of resources to share that have helped me and others, but ultimately I think the relationship between us (therapist and client) is the vehicle for change.
Counselling is not a quick fix. It takes time to build a trusting relationship, to do the inner work and to create change. I am committed to the process and believe that the therapy experience can be meaningful, transformative and rewarding.
