My sessions are tailored to each unique client and can draw on several theories. I offer a warm and confidential environment to explore what you'd like to address, and in which areas you are seeking change, from an awakened perspective. I can offer one to one sessions in Tiverton, walk and talk utilising our natural environment ,or online.
