My ideal clients are people who may feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, depressed, stuck, or unsure of who they are or where they are going. You may be struggling with past experiences, grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or feeling judged or unheard. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace and begin to make sense of your feelings.
As an integrative, person-centred counsellor, I believe counselling works best when you feel safe, listened to, and not judged. I work in a warm, honest, and down-to-earth way, while drawing on different counselling approaches to suit you as an individual.
Together, we make sense of your feelings, and find a way forward.
Taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting, especially if you are used to coping alone. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you feel ready, I would be glad to offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be heard, supported, and accepted.
