Everyone feels overwhelmed or troubled at some point in their lives. It may feel like this is a strange and new experience, or it may be all too familiar. You may know clearly what you want to address or you may have only a vague sense of what feels wrong. I can help, I have experience and expertise to offer, and a willingness to understand what is going on for you and what brings you to therapy. Together we can explore and make some sense of your experience and feelings, and find new and lasting ways forward.
I come from an integrative background, which means that I have a range of approaches to draw on, rather than fitting your experience into one way of thinking. Since qualifying in 2011, I have worked with adults of different ages, different sexualities and from a variety of social, cultural and religious backgrounds.
You have already taken the first step by finding the BACP directory and looking for a qualified therapist. The next step could be to pick up the phone, send me a text or an email and arrange a confidential, no commitment, initial meeting with me. I will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
