I have a face to face and online counselling practice based in Cheltenham and Gloucester, offering warm and accepting therapy for adults and children. Having a non-judgmental and safe space will give you the opportunity to explore whatever you may be struggling with.
I have experience working with a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and behaviours patterns. Relationship & family difficulties, loss, and bereavement, and/or identity or sexuality issues. What you bring is totally up to you, we are all unique, and need support at times when it feels somewhat difficult to do alone.
We will work together in exploring a way forward, helping to make sense of what you are going through or where you may be feeling stuck.
