Hello, I’m Sarah, a BACP registered Counsellor, STAT-certified Alexander Technique Teacher and Somatic Therapist. I offer one-to-one face-to-face and online counselling and will create a bespoke programme for you based on your individual needs and desired outcomes. I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with you relationally.
