Moira Counselling Practice offers professional counselling and clinical supervision in Moira. We provide a warm, professional space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on. Whilst clients come for a range of different reasons, the work is often in depth and focused on seeing lasting change rather than just temporary relief. Sarah Kaye is a BACP Accredited therapist and supervisor, and works with you to explore current difficulties and the patterns that may be shaping your experiences. She also will offer practical strategies to support you in day to day life.
Drawing on many years of clinical/operational leadership in counselling agencies such as Links Counselling, Anchor Counselling (Hounslow, London) and Victim Support NI, my ethos is that every person is unique, so no one approach works for all. Your counselling will be tailored to you. I aim to build a safe, comfortable environment and support you to thrive.
My office in Moira is private, cosy and professional. I specialise in working with trauma, childhood attachment, life changes e.g post natal and disordered eating/identity. I offer a wide range of other supports, please reach out to hear more.
I am an experienced clinical supervisor, with additional experience in recruiting and mentoring student placements.
