We all experience difficult times in our lives and it can sometimes be difficult to cope on our own. Issues such as, anxiety, low mood, neurodiversity, family or school issues, bereavement, bullying, low self esteem and many more. During these times we could benefit from talking to a counsellor. I am BACP accredited with nineteen years experience working as a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. During this time I have built two successful private counselling practices in East Grinstead, which I have recently expanded and now offer counselling to young people in Sevenoaks.
I offer counselling to young people, aged from 10-21, either face to face or online. Young people are invited to talk about anything that might be worrying them and to find ways to support themselves as they move through life. I provide both long term and short term counselling to children, while also supporting their families.
