By exploring your present, past and social context, with insight and thoughtful challenge, you can gain awareness and a deeper understanding of longstanding patterns that no longer serve you and live more fully.
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, drawing from both psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. Our therapy sessions will centre your needs—you will be heard, and you’ll have space to unpack and process your experiences, gain insight into yourself, heal, and explore your choices and what you want in life.
Alongside private practice, I volunteer at an East London Bereavement Service. I previously volunteered at a charity supporting people who feel life is no longer worth living. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was a qualified lawyer, and I then worked in the charity sector for over a decade as a legal campaigner in human rights law.
