I am an approachable, compassionate and experienced psychologist and psychotherapist, with 15+ years experience working in the NHS, charities & private sectors in the UK, USA and India. I offer integrative psychotherapy, where I apply a variety of psychological theories through individual or relationships therapy to help people make changes toward personal and relational growth, so that they may live a more meaningful and satisfied life. I provide confidential and non-judgmental psychological therapy, that draws upon the latest research, evidence-based and theory driven therapeutic methods to provide the best results for my clients.
Specialisms: Existential crises and life-transitions; Cancer support & Palliative Care (including End-of-Life care); Neurodiversity; Grief & Loss; Integration following profound experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness (including psychedelic integration); Gender, sexuality & relationship diversities (including LGBTQ+, poly, BDSM, kink).
Are you feeling stuck, lost or unable to face life's challenges? Are you facing relationship difficulties or wanting to deepen your personal or relational development? Speaking with a psychologist who can offer a non-judgmental & evidence-based perspective can help. To book a consultation, click the 'Email us' button under my photo at the top of the page.
